Baby sling Recommendations?

Hi all, I’m looking for recommendations for good baby slings, BUT as you can see from the picture my partner and I have a huge hight/size difference haha. Is there a sling that we will be able to adjust so we can both use it or will we need two different ones? If we need two can I have recommendations of good ones for dad and for me separately? Xx
