What is the most progesterone you have been on for an FET?

3 cyclogest and 1 lubion per day x
2x daily cyclogest 400mg each pessary Ive never been given the lubion injections-what are these for?

I take 3x 400mg cyclogest and 2x 25mg Lubion a day and will continue with this until I’m 16 weeks. Is there a reason you’re on so much? I’m on the highest dose my IVF clinic have ever seen and that’s at the recommendation of my recurrent miscarriage consultant rather than them x
I’m curious, what have your progesterone levels been on this much medication? I was on 3x/day 200 mg progesterone suppositories a day and was holding consistently at around 21.55. At 7 weeks, I dipped to 17 so they added me on 1 ml PIO injection every other day. I assume your progesterone levels are much higher?
@Jade hun did they do bloods to know they needed to give you more progesterone? Its a standard in my clinic to give the dose im on and i dont think theyve checked my levels via bloods
@Mrs36 I pay to have my bloods done with each transfer even though my IVF clinic say it’s unnecessary. My dose and blood level requirement come from my recurrent miscarriage consultant not my IVF clinic though as I’ve had 6 miscarriages. My IVF clinic also standardly only do 2x 400mg cyclogest x

@Mrs36 I’m under the care of Dr Tozer, I had a phone appointment with Dr Quenby and she wasn’t able to help us in anyway unfortunately as our issues were aren’t something her clinic with Tommy’s deals with. But we’re very happy with Dr Tozer and I would recommend her in an instant to anyone, truly believe she has been the missing piece to our puzzle and got us this far! X

1200mg cyclogest pessaries a day 50mg IM Prontogest every 3 days Then progynova 12mg a day (reduced to 6mg a day for some transfers). I never had my levels checked but they were always really happy with my lining on the scans
I was on 2 Lubion injections a day and 2 Cyclogest ( I think, already bit hazy) good luck!
