@Hannah it’s fitted correctly, it’s the seat. There’s an extension bit to move the head rest up and down and it doesn’t come out which is what causes her head to be so far forward.

Yes! And we ended up going buying another one . My son was too small for the car seat despite it saying from birth. The recline isn't far enough back and the insert was still too high up for his head. It was so unsafe and it broke my heart to hear him cry. We tried to contact them to ask why state it's from birth and have no other way of adjusting to fit a small baby (my son was 6lb 14oz on birth..so an average size really, but is quite small) We used it 3 times and one of those times was on the way to buy the new car seat! We ended up buying a jolie every stage from Halfords...it is an absolute dream he is so comfy, much safer and he is not hunched forward blocking his airways. I'll put a picture in of the one we have. No problem lovely. I actually felt a sigh of relief when I saw your post.i thought it was just me and then I started re looking at the specifics of it and realised it wasn't! I have emailed them to advise they need to look into the mis advertisement! And the fact the headrest doesn't adjust to suit. We have kept it just for when he's a little older. But the one from Halfords has been a life saver quite literally! He's so much comfier, and is in the correct position like I say. Its sturdy and really safe. I hope you manage to get on ok :) xxxxx

@Helen I’ve emailed them also, if they did a liner then it would be better, the headrest is an extra inch stuck out than the chair! I’m looking now for an other x

Hi I bought this car seat few months back. My baby looked really uncomfortable at that time I thought it’s the nature of the car seat. He is 3 months now and his head falls off when he is asleep in the car seat. I bought the travel system I can’t return it as well. I’m planning to buy a new one . I searched online about this car seat and I’m relieved to see your post. May I know which car seat you are using now and is it comfortable?

My Baby is 3 months old, I’ve been looking online for answers to this exact problem and it seems there’s no solution but a new Car Seat? We took the cushion out as she was too long but now she’s too far forward with her head, will this get better?

The car seat was absolutely fine from about 6/7 months old but before that it is useless. My 11 month old still fits well in it now in dads car and looks xomfy

I used this until he was 3 months, took the newborn insert out and he’s also flopping forward! It’s so unsafe! I don’t know why it hasn’t been recalled yet, all the reviews on the official website are bad. Really makes me question if the safety testing is legit. Has anyone successfully received any compensation or a refund for this?
