The fashion world would rarely allow those with a variety of real body styles and those with a real scar bcuz its infiltrates their narrative of how they perceive the world. I find them to be completely irrelevant and unable to relate to the majority- for so so many reasons
I've got the scar, but I wouldn't wear that 😂 the scar being fake though makes it look stupid, and I'm just like, why?
Are they trying to sell it to people with c section scars? That is the only way it makes sense.
I like it! BUT they could have done a better job! That fake scar is soooo long. Either that or the person who cut me open done a really good job lol 🙈
Imagine people start wearing a cs scar as a fashion statement. With rhinestones to make it all cute 🫣
If that’s what the fashion industry thinks it looks like then my surgeon was pretty good 😂 even in that skirt you wouldn’t see mine
Like triple the size of my scar and so high up? I hate it
Most people with a c-section scar probably don't have the body type that they are looking for. They aren't actually trying to be inclusive, I think they are trying to garner attention and get people talking about their clothing line. It's all for publicity. If this was really done in good taste, they would be showcasing diverse bodies, real scars, etc. This is extremely distasteful, and I don't blame you for being upset by it.
@CMc💕 my real scar is about that long!
I think it’s a cool concept but that’s the most unrealistic scar I’ve ever seen lol- why is it so high and long and raised?!
Skirt is giving britney spears
Whether I am offended on not I haven’t decided but it’s not about inclusivity. The designer has spoken of the pain and insecurity of starting their label and “usinf those emotions to put into the art”. So while I’m not sure I agree with the fetishisation of pain there’s an element of sorrow there that the visible manifestation of this pain is a scar that has cut through several layers. I don’t think the intention was to pay homage although I could be wrong but the designers feeling reflected in this metaphor of having birthed their label. To be honest I don’t really like this collection. There is also a hoody for two people but I don’t think the models are conjoined twins either. Although perhaps this is where art and fashion overlap. While the models are all very 90s in size they do seem diverse.
I think it’s nice to see a scar being rocked for fashion (yes I know the outfit is ugly and it’s weird it’s fake) I fell horrible about my c section and scar so yeah it’s nice to see it like this
What the hell is on her feet though? 🤣🤣

Like why would someone wear that? And why use a fake scar?
So weird to treat such a sentimental and intimate bodily marking like it's a commodity.
It’s annoying af!
Its stupid. Which mama would wear anything wether it be trousers, jeans, shorts or a skirt that sits that LOW that your c section scar be all on show. I mean i like my scar but its so far down ill have to allow the whole top of my vag be on show it would feel like.😂 And to use a tiny skinny model with a fake c section scar is just plain offensive. Whys it so high up and raised. Its like the halloween fakes from poundland
@sidra my real scar is about that long! Not that high or raised though 🤣
Doesn't bother me at all! Fashion is treating clothing and models like art on the runway.
as someone that just had a c-section and is having an awful recovery, this is just insensitive in my opinion. they should have found someone that has actually been through the experience
I haven’t had a c section however, I hope this doesn’t make people think it’s the norm to look like that after having a c section
Makes me feel fashionable 😂 but I’ve seen way prettier c section real scars
Whoever thought this up can't have had kids or a c section. I'm not sure what to even think about this.... I feel like they haven't even really done any research because the scar is a lot longer and higher than most real incisions/scars.... especially for a woman with this body type. I would probably have genuine interest/respect if they'd used a model who'd actually had a c section. But this comes off as some weird/ poor PR stunt and actually probably alienates women who've had c sections rather than draw them in. 🤷♀️
What the fuck is this scar?! 🙄does anyone here actually have such a scar? Mine is half the length and almost invisible to the eye😊and i was cut twice there!
Not only is it not accurate area of where a real Section scar would be, this is not bringing in real life struggles after having a section, I’m one of those women - over hang, my “abs….LOL” have been split apart etc, stretch marks (I know are genetic), I could only dream of having a flat stomach like that again, and while I know if I had an extra 3hrs into my hectic non-stop 24hrs in my day with a toddler and new born, washing pile up to my eye balls, cleaning that’s getting out of hand, shopping that needs to be done - and the rest, I could very well still not have that flat stomach back 😂 . This isn’t showing a real life representation of what a section scar is. I’m slightly offended and mildly insulted that a section scar is being used for a fashion designer’s attempt to be talked about and recognised. Use a women who does have a real section scar.
FFS this world has gone mad this is so wrong for so many reasons
I think it’s nice to see us C-section mamas represented.
@Marie Cullen the comments were literally all girlies without kids saying how easy it must be to have surgery instead 😐

This is commodifying a very intimate and life-altering experience. It uncomfortable because on one hand it feels like representation, but on the other hand it’s not because they didn’t bother to hire a model with a real scar.
Where's the over hang 🤣
Yes, so fake. And that’s not a woman. That’s a man!
Seeing this has pissed me off
That’s weird as hell 😵💫
This is bizarre ...
It doesn't bother me that the scar is fake ... its more annoying that she doesn't have the overhang alot of us are stuck with 🤣
@Mandy did you have an emergency section?
@Fatma mine is about that long. I've been surprised by quite a few comments on this about the length as mine is that long!
Matches her zip 😂
Obviously nothing wrong with a c-section and I have no issue with a model having an actual c-section scar, but this will never not be weird to me. Fake scars for the purpose of fashion is so bizarre
Well damn I'm just stuck on how short the skirt is 😂 But I can see it being offensive and flattering at the same time.
