I’m new!

Hi so I’m new to this whole mum thing… due baby in May so I think I’m roughly 5weeks or so. Does anyone have tips for exhaustion and trying to ease sickness as I’m really struggling with both.. Thanks in advance ☺️

Congratulations to everyone! And thank you so much for the advice! I will keep it all in mind as I’d take anything to help right now ❤️

Congrats! 5 weeks pregnant and due in May as well! This is my second and to be honest I haven't struggled with morning sickness that much, but useful tips: - ginger tea helps with morning sickness and nausea - try to stay away from strong smells (good or bad) - eat light more frequent meals rather than big heavy ones - take your prenatal vitamins at night rather than in the morning or during the day cause that could also upset the tummy for some people - keep a scent that makes you feel calm and not sick close by (I've read that some people keep cinnamon or their favourite candle scent nearby for when they feel nauseated and that helps them)

Anything ginger or mint tends to help if you can stomach it, but otherwise it's just keeping down whatever doesn't turn your stomach! You can worry about anything else after the first trimester 😅

Defo take all the rest you can, I lost a stone in just over a week from being sick and the only thing i could stomach was ice pops!! best thing to keep your sugar up 💖 Congratulations!

Thank you! And congratulations to you too! And fair enough. I’ve been doing that it’s just hard if I have to be in the office at work as I can’t take a random nap there 😅 thank you for the advice though!☺️

Girl WELCOME 🤗! Congratulations! And all I’ll say is, just go with the flow and do nothing like a lot of us in the club right now lol! I just sleep, eat whatever I can stomach and survive!
