Have you had any clots come away? It’s really hard to tell, it does look more than spotting, but my miscarriage and chemical pregnancies had more bleeding then this. Have you still been testing? Are you having symptoms? I’d contact the GP so they can put you in touch with the early pregnancy unit. They’re unlikely to scan you but you may be able to push for some blood tests?
Could be implantation bleeding which is pretty common if you was due your period, definitely contact your doctors and ask for an early scan as you are concerned x
I am currently bleeding, went doctors yesterday they told me you can’t have a scan till 8 weeks and told me to just keep testing as I’m showing bright positive still and still feel sick and boobs still feel tender. She said bleeding is common in first trimester you unfortunately have to just see what happens and keep testing
Unfortunately it was like this for me when I had a MC at 6 weeks. Have you tried testing again? My tests went faint and then back to negative and EPU told me to keep testing. I didn't have any pain or cramps and the blood was only when I wiped, didn't even go into the pad at all. If this is when your period is due in t would be classed as a chemical pregnancy. Hope this isn't the case for you but take care and keep testing xx

@Jaime Johanna-May could be implantation bleeding, try calling the gp.
Could be a start of your period, try see if it continues or stops. If it does continue, means it’s your period .
