I had a miscarriage in December, I’m not 23 weeks pregnant.
A few things I did (not sure if they helped):
- had acupuncture sessions every couple of weeks (with a fertility focus) and then every week of pregnancy from weeks 4-12 (a little expensive but does have some scientific backing)
- didn’t drink at all from ovulation through to period or positive test
- really tried to keep my stress levels as low as possible (easier said than done) and practice more self care.

Did all the contrary, went on holiday drunk everyday forgot taking folic acid and got pregnant!
