Eating two rich tea biscuits as soon as I wake up in the morning, sipping on lemon squash all day and nibbling on water crackers helps me so much! X
I nibble on arrowroot biscuits or ginger biscuits all day long. Still feel like crap but it helps a little

Try saltine crackers and ginger gummies. That helped me. Try to keep small snacks, I know it can be difficult to eat anything at this point but if you keep yourself full, it will help with the nausea. If you get hungry at all, it makes it worse
Ginger ale is my go to atm, sorts me out almost straight away xx
