Not talking

So my lo is not really saying any words at all. She is very vocal and always babbling but not trying to say any words. I try to practice with her and interact and talk to her but she either doesn’t take any notice or just babbles. She says bubbles when we play with bubbles and goes yayyyy when we clap and says mmm when she eats but that’s all and they aren’t really words. Is anyone else in the same boat and should I be concerned. I just don’t know how else to encourage her than to what I already do

My LO is exactly thw same, he constantly blobs non stop but that's the least of my worry ATM. It's more when I try to interact with him he doesn't give me eye contact and blabs off, and only gives eye contact when he feels like it.

My little ones 21 months and he doesn’t say much only probably says dada and mainly babbles, sometimes makes noises like he wants to say something. I worry about it but also holding out hoping do it in his own time xx

My son is very similar, his current vocabulary consists of "ba" (banana), "bo" (ball), "babas" (bubbles) and "papa". Apparently he also says "mama" but only when I'm not around. I'm switching between worrying about it and letting it go several times a day,but generally I'm trying not to be too concerned until the 2 years reviews both because I see many other toddlers who aren't saying much more and because he's quite a physical kid and his development in that field is very good. I sort of tell myself that he's in a "physical stage".
