Anyone else suffer with SPD?
I’ve had pain in my lower right hand side that sort of feels like it’s also in the top of my thigh. It’s really bad tonight and I cannot walk more than a few steps without the pain being unbearable. The midwife at the birthing unit said it sounds like SPD. Does anyone else suffer this and have pain as bad as this?

So I have SPD but mine is just as if I've bruised my pubic bone. Makes it painful to walk, bend down etc. It's bloody awful. She just said it'll go once babies here.....only 10 weeks to go.....

I have this. Midwife has also told me I have sciatica as I have a pain in my butt cheek 24/7 that makes it painful and hard to walk xx
