For the last 5 days I cannot eat anything. Force myself to eat some food but just feel sick after. Literally on a diet of fruits ice cream and lollies. Haven’t told work yet and all I feel is sick there. Haven’t physically been sick but all day feel like my stomach is doing flips ☹️ any remedies or food that I can have to calm that feeling down?x

Just the look of food makes me feel I’ll. I feel like I have no energy whatsoever 😅

I'm struggling with the same. I'm just eting bread with butter, cereal and bananas. And it's very bad since at work is where I feel the worse. I'm planning to let them know at week 12.

try some preggie pops or gin gins they might help settle. but if I'm honest nothing worked for me throughout pregnancy xxx
