Comfort eating - can’t lose weight

I’ve always been such a comfort eater but pre baby I never struggled with my weight. Since having my toddler I’ve comfort ate a LOT more but I also can’t shift it as easily. I’ve tried swapping to healthy options but healthier = more expensive and I don’t have a lot of excess money. I eat healthy balanced meals, it’s just the snacks that have a hold on me. I do exercise when I can but that’s not often. If you were a comfort eater, what worked for you?

Slimming world is working amazing for me. Can eat unlimited pasta, potatoes & rice so dont have to go hungry and can still have sweet stuff but its measured! I find it quite fun tbh finding new ideas to make healthier choices . Also brush your teeth at night to try avoid snacking, it works reallly well 😅
