Implantation bleeding or early miscarriage?

So I got many positive pregnancy tests 2 days ago. I am very happy and excited, I was supposed to start my period today and alas I have some spotting. It is kind of a weird pink/brown color. Is it possible to have implantation bleeding after already getting positive tests? I had a miscarriage earlier this year in March and I’m petrified to go though the same thing again. Has anyone had a similar experience? Please let me know, thank you.. Baby dust to all.
