Please help

I have a oversupply and don’t want it someone please help!! My baby is 8 weeks and I’ve always been producing way to much milk. I don’t pump I eat like shit I don’t even take vitamins. My baby can’t even empty one breast let alone touch the other I try to always Hakka off what ever one she isn’t eating off of. Yes she is gaining weight great but I’ve gotten mastitis twice now and I get clogs weekly. I take sunflower lecithin. I’ve seen three lactation people and they all say her position and latch is great. I’m so desperate I’ve had clogs on my left boob since Friday and have been on antibiotics since Friday as well randomly today I got two clogs on my right boob and my boob is tender and it brings me to tears when she eats off it. I want so badly to breastfeed to a year but this is the worst I’m debating drying up milk for my health but that destroys me emotionally. Please if someone has advice I’ve tried ice and heat and dangle feeds and Epsom salt in the Hakka i have a lactation massager nothing is working I’m so miserable😭

It will ease up eventually. I leaked constantly at first but your breasts will end up only feeding on demand as long as you don’t pump and wear breast pads/leak cups. I was pumping at first because my baby was in the NICU and pumping caused my oversupply. If you’re in too much pain, massage your breast a slightly in the shower but not too much or it’ll simulate feeding. It really sucks mumma but I promise it’ll ease up x
