Fenugreek tea and magnesium supplements
To help with milk supply, I take a calcium & magnesium supplement when my period starts.
It’s normal for your supply to drop when on your period, the fact that your quite heavy may be having an effect too cos your body is working so much harder, don’t forget to eat plenty of iron rich foods and plenty of protein to replace what your losing and it may help, keep well hydrated too xx
Also hibiscus tea works like a charm
