Running post C-section

Hi, bit random but I’m 11wk pp. I ran for the first time today when playing with the kids and my stomach felt so ‘wobbly’. It just went really weird and hard to run. Not sure if that makes sense. Is this normal?

I felt the same way but have been working on strengthening my deep inner core muscles and doing exercises to fix diastasis recti and it’s gotten much better. I also work on activating and pulling in my core throughout the day to get my body used to keeping it tighter again. There are certain exercises that will make diastasi recti worse though like sit ups so if you try I’d look up a specific workout plan!
