Back pain after C-section
Does anyone else have back pain if they sleep on their stomach?? I’ve slept on my stomach my whole life but now I can’t, 10 mins into laying on my stomach my back is killing me. My c section was 9 months ago

Yes I always have back pain if I sleep on stomach and I’ve had 2 csections (2017 and 2019)
I used to sleep on my stomach ALWAYS pre pregnancy and c section My scar is healed but I seriously feel like it’s going to rip back open when I lay on stomach now
