My baby is the same he’s only a little interested in solids he’ll only eat a little bit or barley any
You’re going to have to experiment with different flavors and options. Try mixing fruits with veggies. Like avocado with bananas for example, the banana gives it a touch of sweetness. Add some spice to the purées as well, don’t just give it plain. Add cinnamon or cardamom to the sweet potatoes or carrots. Experiment with spices, no need to add salt. You can also cook the carrots in a soup and then purée them. The garlic, peppers, onions, black pepper, cooked celery and cilantro (I personally use a lot of) give it a lot of flavor. Try purées of apples with cinnamon, if baby likes that, try adding other sources of nutrients. I usually add lots of spinach and rarely gave babe just apple purées without spinach. Also, some babies are sensitive to textures. Maybe he doesn’t like the texture of purées. My son wouldn’t eat chicken purée or meat purées, but once I cut it up into very tiny pieces, he enjoyed it this way.
