Stomach pain

I’m 22 weeks and last night anytime I would switch sides from laying down I would have this pain/cramp feeling in my upper stomach or my entire stomach. I had still felt some kicks so wasn’t to worried but it was new. I woke up this morning feeling fine then the pain was happening again where I would sit up in bed or adjust and my whole stomach starts to hurt not like an upset stomach but stomach cramping or pains. Any ideas of what this could be ? I have an appt tomorrow but not sure if I should be concerned
