Woke up to painful back ache and upper thighs

It could just be back labor? Or maybe you slept weird?
For me, labour started more in my hips, but it came in waves, like contractions, and built from there
I had back labour so all the pain and contractions were in my back and thighs. Never had any pain in the front of stomach.
