It’s really hard but try and remember it’s your body going through severe hormone shifts. I’m sorry you’re going through this, but you’ll surprise yourself with your strength. When I’m dreading on getting something done I try and schedule it. For example Thursday at 2 pm I’ll look for a counselor to kind of force yourself. And give yourself credit for all the hard work you’ve already done so far. It’s terrible but you’ll get through this and it will make you stronger. And remember you’re not a terrible mom, you’re human! This is a chapter in your book and there’s lots more chapter to be written. Wishing you luck and sending strength mama
Hang in there, I was at my darkest and now with therapy I am hopeful. Trying meditating and nature walks. Yoga helped me too. I have pmdd so I feel at my lowest during and before my period but I have faith and compassion I will get thru it. You got this đź’•
