My mum gave my baby honey 🙈

So my mum had my little one overnight he's 6m, gave him some of her toast this morning she said it was a tiny amount spread across 1 peice of toast and my boy had half a slice but she said he didn't really eat it he obviously sucked it amd chewed but didn't swallow but I'm more thinking he will have sucked the honey off the toast that he did have plus it was fresh honey straight from the bee from a friend 🙈 am I right just monitoring him for now, what do I need to look out for?
