Thank you I will do, thanks for sharing. In my rational head I know it’s just a stomach bug but you know when you google and then you spiral thinking the worst 🤦🏼♀️
Probably a bit late here (hopefully he's on the mend now!), but my little one was very similar with a tummy bug a few months ago. Would have D&V for a day or so seem unwell, then perk up & be fine, and then go downhill again. It lasted about a week, had him checked and nurse said it can be normal at this age. Was advised to let him eat if he wanted to, but only offer plain foods - plain rice or pasta, bread/toast etc. - until he'd been 48 hours with no symptoms.
@Lauren my friend's daughter had neuroblastoma too 15 years ago. So scary. Also had sickness x
If he keeps being sick in the mornings but no reason is obvious take him to the GP. I know someone who’s daughter has neuroblastoma and her symptom was morning sickness without reason for a few weeks. Turns out sickness (obviously not a stomach bug but being sick and then fine for a prolonged time ) is a symptom of childhood cancer and I had no idea until she started spreading awareness about it. (Don’t mean to scare you as it’s probably a sickness bug! But just raising awareness 😊) I’d let him eat when he wants to if he’s hungry, then get back on track for meals
