I think Canesten Pessary fell out? Pic included in comments.

Doctor thinks I have thrush so I was advised to take the canesten pessary last night at bed time and the cream. I got my partner to put it in for me around 10:30pm last night and didn't get up from bed still the next morning. Around 5pm ish today a white clump came out and it looks like it could maybe be the pessary :( Does this mean it hasn't worked? I thought it would have dissolved by then and my boyfriend said he put it in as far as it would go!
