My baby never cries, just screams

My daughter is turning 3 months in November and ever since she was born she has never cried only screamed. Usually babies I’m familiar with start off with a small cry and work their way up to screaming when they need something. My daughter goes straight into screaming, if she’s bored she won’t complain by doing small cries she will straight scream. I could of fed her less than an hour ago and she’ll get hungry a bit, goes straight into screaming to let me know. Same thing when she’s tired, there is no crying just screaming. It’s the same scream she has when she has gas or is constipated, but she screams like that when she seems ok. I think I’m just mainly venting, I’m a single mom and it’s really getting to me. My daughter is on hypoallergenic formula and I finally got her stomach issues worked out, just for her to continue to scream. I have no idea how I’ll go back to work because she’s just so hard to calm down and gives no warning to when she will be upset. Everyone who meets my daughter is surprised at how she screams without warning, even my mother is getting worried about her as she says that scream is not normal, and she has 7 kids and worked at an infant daycare.
