First pregnancy is high risk.
This is my first pregnancy & I found out I was high risk at my anatomy scan due to my incompetent cervix. I lost parts of my mucus plug on Friday and over the weekend at 24 weeks, went to my OB yesterday and was told my cervix opened more and was funneling but I’m not dilating. I now have weekly exams and am terrified bean is going to come way too early.

Hey there, I’m sorry to hear this, I know how scary it is as I also have an incompetent cervix. I know it’s too late for a rescue cerclage, but did they at least put you on progesterone? Bedrest?
@Amanda I’m on progesterone nightly & not complete bedrest, but was told to take it easy and on pelvic rest. I had another exam yesterday and my cervix is still closed thankfully
