@Sharon right. I have early menopause due to Hashimoto Thyroiditis.

@Kool😎Karen - yep, there can be a whole heap of reasons, which is why we always recommend seeking guidance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

So many women do not know about the endocrine system and when to get their thyroid and adrenal to be checked out. Blood work, imaging, and medication, alone, is just a smidge of what doctors recommend for follow up.
