Help! What to do

My 10 weeks old baby has cough and temp from anal measurement is 100.6f. Nothing else wrong other than that. She’s eating , peeing and pooping as should. We saw her paediatrician yesterday and he said it’s nothing too concerning. To keep her hydrated and clear her congested nose frequently. Although she was 98.7 yesterday. Are there any home remedies that would help? Or should I just wait and watch? I feel so helpless 😢
