Gym/sauna/pool. Facials and full body massage every few months. Also my favourite hot tea with my favourite milk chocolate.

I walk my dog each night, even that 30/ 40 min walk helps my mental health. most Saturdays my husband takes our son out for some daddy-son fun, and I get the house to myself for 3-4h I mostly clean top to bottom but I get to do it with MY music blasting and at my own pace 😂
I recently started doing evening devotional, I get my nails/toes done. I got introduced to pickleball by a young wife at my church and she is currently teaching me the basics and I can see that becoming a great way for me to get movement in a few times a week.

I get a Mani and pedi, nothing too crazy and a nighttime skincare routine. If I feel good about my skin and nails, the world is little better. My nails are a marker for how I am doing.
