Caffeine during pregnancy
I see all of these things they say not to do in pregnancy and at this point it feels like I can’t eat drink or do so many thinks I enjoy and I’m not sure if it’s okay to do them in moderation or not. I’ve heard having a cup of coffee is okay and the caffeine isn’t so high, I’m wondering if energy drinks are okay in moderation from anybody who actually has drank them in pregnancy. I’m not talking crazy caffeine filled ones, I read no more than 200 mg of caffeine a day and redbull has 80-110 and I’m not the biggest fan of coffee. I’m not saying daily but I also read no energy drinks when pregnant because of the caffeine but am reading I can have some caffeine. Can somebody please let me know I’m going on barely any sleep the past couple of days and I feel as if I need one right now but don’t know what to do. I’ve outgrown liking coffee awhile ago the only caffeinated drinks I really like are Red Bull and sometimes celcius.
