I’m still drinking caffeine but only maybe 4 times a week instead of 7 and only 100mg or less a day. I’m so stunned at the things they say you can’t have but can… I drink caffeine but I don’t take OTC meds
I would try Matcha or tea for an extra boost. Natural juices (fresh pressed) also really help with some natural energy

I do still have an occasional energy drink. When I’m not pregnant I drink them everyday but I still let myself indulge sometimes. I did with my first pregnancy as well and it was never an issue
I *planned* to have coffee in moderation, I used to have it maybe 3x/ week but for some reason I had some cuban coffee (tends to be stronger) at like 6weeks and I just got this terrible pain! My heart was racing and I thought if my heart feels like this, imagine that tiny little heart 😆 so I cut caffeine out completely. Instead, I ate more fruits, oatmeal, and put lemon in the water I drank to wake me up 🤍
I have a 6-8 oz coffee everyday. My doctor said 12-16 oz a day is fine
Please ask ur doctor before drinking energy drinks
I’m still having the odd energy drink a week. Plus I literally live on fizzy pop and that’s caffeine 🤷♀️
They say no energy drinks with taurine.
