SO good! I agree with getting the second book too so you can jump right in. I had a major book hangover after the first!
Definitely a great book. Tbh I had to stop the second halfway because it gave me so much anxiety lol
@Katie I purposely saved reading the 1st until I had the 2nd. I heard too many people say that haha I’m 60 pages from finishing book 2 and I’m dreading waiting for the rest of the series

Honestly, no. It was very predictable and cliché. It seemed to be written in the same style as twilight for me.
I liked it, like Harry Potter with some Divergent. Plus spice and dragons 😂

Loved it and it’s sequel. Devoured the sequel in 2 days. Cannot wait for book 3!
Did no one else find the second book stressful to read? Maybe my anxiety is just too bad lol. I had to stop midway through and look up the spoilers. I'm now reading Throne of Glass lol. I'll definitely be reading the 3rd book though
I just got it from the library! Plan to try and read while nursing but I wish I had it on kindle because it’s hard to hold a whole hardcover book and a baby at the same time 😂

@Jessica once I’m in a story I have a VERY hard time putting it down and I’d finished Fourth Wing like maybe 3 months prior.
@Taylor I find her writing to be hard to be hooked by? The style works fabulously for the book but I am drawn to more lyrical and descriptive writing. There's other books I've been truly hooked into but Iron Flame wasn't so much. I think Fourth Wing was harder to put down.
@Jessica I’m blessed to be able to enjoy media for what it is. Be it books, movies, tv shows, ect. It may take me a minute to get into a story but once I’m in, I have a hard time putting things down. Yay neurospicy brain.
Have the 2nd book on hand for when you’re about to finish it lol
