We’re going in for a second because they want to double check the heart. I’m nervous but baby is very active and seems healthy otherwise.

Yeah I have to go back too! They couldn’t get all the views they needed because he was either moving too much or wouldn’t move to where they could see certain things :)
I had to redo my anatomy scan because my baby did not want to move and show us her spin! So we did a second scan 3 weeks later. And then I had a third scan done to monitor her head growth! So three scans total! Baby is fine and healthy! My best friend had to do her anatomy scan because they weren’t able to see anything! It is very common.
Just had my anatomy scan and baby is fine.. but I have to go in for a follow up in 8 weeks because of partial placenta previa
Yep, the tech talked to me and showed me the screen the whole time so I knew they couldn't see the face or one hand and I would have to go back

@Geetu Bhanot thank you, me too. They're saying it's slight enough it may self correct but if it doesn't it ruins my whole birth plan. I'm supposed to be having a home water birth but if it doesn't correct I can't birth vaginally and I'm freaking out 🙃
@Geetu Bhanot I’m sorry you’re in the same boat. It’s definitely been stressful for me, but I’m trying not to think about it too much. My ob said they want to double check the 3 main arteries in babes heart, she said she thinks everything looks fine, but the ultrasound tech wasn’t okay with how it looked. Not sure what that means.. two more weeks until I find out. 🫠
@Rachel please keep me updated I know we are strangers but it sucks we have to wait for this for ao long!!! I will keep you posted too… praying for healthy babys which I know they willl be manifesting healthy babys for everyone

I had a second scan for my anatomy scan. I was worried something was wrong but it was because they couldn’t get the correct angles for certain shots they needed.

Rescans are normal. They just couldn’t get a clear measurement. I only didn’t have to do the recheck because they had time to keep me there forever to get all the images. Also I have a condition so they needed all the images on the first go to refer me to another doctor.
I was told to come back the following day bc they couldn’t see the baby’s privates as she had her legs closed, I requested them to offer another plan- so they sent me for a 10 minutes walk and drinks lots of water and take stairs. She moved a lot and they were able to see her. But ya I wouldn’t worry if they tell you to come back- has happened to my friend as well

We had to rescan my boy because he did not want it done 🤣 only thing we got was a direct line to his weiner 🤣
