Anyone else had flo app think they’re further on than they are?? My cycles average at 31days so I think I’m 5+4 but flo says 6+1?

Yes mine made me think I was further x
Mine said I was 8 weeks and the scan confirmed it was 7 xx
Flo has me 8 days ahead
Flo is almost always a bit ahead. With my first it was 3 days ahead, with this pregnancy it was 6 days ahead. Your doctor should tell you at your first ultrasound (usually around 8 weeks in the US)
Flo goes off your LMP rather than the date of conception (which is hard to pinpoint)
