Prenatal

Still taking my prenatal vitamins since I'm breastfeeding my daughter My ob/gyn did recommend to continue the prenatal as long as I was breastfeeding. Plus that concurred with all I read on the topic lol

I take prenatals instead of regular multivitamins all the time
