Growing pains or ?

Hi all I am only 15 weeks and I have had fluid leakage that wasn’t Amniotic fluid last week and had a tightness and heavy feeling pain in my stomach that only really kind of happens when I’m up or walk about so weird. does anyone know what could be causing it ? am worried … I have an emergency scan tomorrow so not sure if it’s worth going anywhere now. 😟
