Fitness App Recommendation
Hi Mama’s just wanted to share . I just got into my second trimester and have way more energy so I downloaded a fitness app called “Move Your Bump” so I could start working out more versus just walking, and I love it. It’s definitely tailored to at home workouts and it’s categorized by trimester. When it comes to cost, the less time you need it for the cheaper it is, which I loved bc since I’m already in my second trimester, I was able to purchase the 6 months option. I was also looking for an app that had lots of pelvic floor workouts and this one is great for that. Just wanted to share as it took me a while to find an app that I really liked.
