Has anybody experienced this before?

I can't work out if it's milk spots, baby acne, or what?

CONTINUED....... You can also use just the water with nothing in.. I’m now at 7weeks old & it’s cleared up but does get the occasional outbreak but I repeat the water everyday.. it’s helping currently with the hot weather as it’s refreshing.. Don’t use wet wipes on the face.. It’s basically their hormones developing & causes an outbreak in the skin If you want to be safe than sorry get an appointment with the GP or go to a pharmacy as they were great with me I’m now dealing with heat rash 🙈 I went out yesterday with his face beautiful & clear but within an hour of being out his poor little face.. you just feel for them.. Also you will get some dick head people make comments out in public just ignore them as hard as it is.. I had a woman in the fruit & veg shop go “awww how cute, oh look at the rash” while she made a face I could have slapped her LOL

Hi, It’s baby acne.. My little one got it when he was around 3/4weeks old. It started out with a couple & before I knew it he face/ head & neck was covered so I panicked plus I’m a first time mum I had anything& everything going through my head..I made an emergency appointment with the GP & it was confirmed BABY ACNE.. What the GP recommended was putting a moisturiser on it but didn’t advise which one she was actually not very helpful & quite rude basically telling me that I was a first time mum that had over reacted (in so many words)..cheers!!! I thought it was strange “advice” as you don’t put an oil based moisturiser on a rash I went to the pharmacist who confirmed this (BAD ADVICE MRS GP) & they were great so helpful They recommended Avenno gentle baby wash (or something similar) place a little bit in sterilised/boiled water & just gently wipe over the face with cotton balls changing the balls every handle of wipes ( I use about 4-6) & do this a few times a day will calm it down eventually
