I think most cheeses with ‘rind’ are on the avoid list (camembert, brie etc), however I am literally camembert’s biggest fan😂so I have still been eating it and have been absolutely fine!

On the NHS website it says soft cheeses like Camembert are fine as long as they’re pipping hot !

It’s ok as long as it is cooked but must be piping hot (if it’s bubbling then it’s good to eat) x

Ive been eating it and been fine. Even been eating Brie (on crackers so not cooked) and been fine! I just don’t keep it past 2 days really and seems to be fine! Cheese is my craving so no one is stopping me eating it 🤣 xxx
