How quick can things progress

Hello, call the emergency unit and go for a check up now.. that's what I have done in the past when I had a strange discharge

I have Ehlers Danlos causing my cervical insufficiency, I had it with twins past the point of no return caught at 20 weeks, with my singleton, my cervix didn’t change until closer to 22 weeks with weekly scans. I had a preventative cerclage placed at 11 weeks around this time two years ago (really early, we scheduled for 13 weeks) and still had full length at that point, (I got checked biweekly or weekly for my whole pregnancy) and my OB said my case was rather severe. The standard is a 17 week check for cervical shortening if you have risk factors. I had a lot of back pain, pubic symphysis pain (hurt to lift my legs to put on pants) starting at 8 weeks. My second pregnancy really sucked but the pain was either cerclage or chronic pain related

Update I ended up having an incompetent cervix with my waters bulging. The dr that helped me is a miracle worker and God sent. He pushed it back in and put in a cerclage .and kept me in the hospital for 4 days to monitor. Just praying it holds for a while!

I’m 12+2 and was told after my 3rd lletz I would need a stitch due to lossing a lot of my cervix, I have such a weird pressure feeling also, and my cervix feel to me slightly open, did you call the EPU or your midwife to get checked, I have a consultant app but it’s not for two weeks and I feel like unless I go sit in a&e I don’t know how to get checked sooner. Did you have any bleeding before the stitch as a symptom?

Ya I had some spotting and then mucus discharge. I called and told them about the spotting and discharge and they were able to get me an appointment within 3 days I live in the US so things might be different. Please it’s best to go to a&e if that’s the only way to be seen. I waited 2 months after making this post to voice my concerns to my drs and it was almost too late !
