I had an induction with my son 14 years ago and I'm booked in tomorrow for one. I can't remember induction being bad tho but have seen loads of people say they are now. It wasn't a balloon back then tho it was a pesary and iv drip. I wasn't stressed but I am now lol just think 2 more days to relax and veg on the couch with movies and munch š it'll go in quick x
Personally no, but Iāve heard a lot of stories atm about peopleās being pushed back and delayed due to staffing issues (didnāt know if it was just my hospital as my sister works there aha) but I was told that some women have an extra wait of around 5 days after their actual date and then have to wait for induction to actuall work after that tooš I had a meeting with my consultant as I have GDM so baby is on bigger side, originally wanted me ti go for induction but we came to conclusion that a c-section was better as I canāt really risk it being cancelled or delayed and then if it fails anyway and I go over or close to my due date as there is risks so I went for an elective c-section after the consultant telling me that 85% of inductions fail and lead to sections anywayš Hope everything goes well for you after this and they donāt mess you around anymore! Hopefully heās here soon!xx
