Ovarian cyst

So, I had an early scan yesterday at 6+4 weeks. My little sweet pea is doing well, and their little heart was beating away, but the sonographer found a 6cm cyst on my right ovary. I have to wait until my 12 week scan to see if it shrinks or grows. If it grows, I may need surgery, in my 2nd trimester which runs the risk of miscarriage. I'm worried. Has anyone else gone through this with a positive outcome?

I also had a early scan yesterday and they found a small cyst on my left ovary. My sonographer said it is very common in early pregnancy and it’s mostly nothing to be worried about as it usually goes away on it’s own and if it was something they were concerned about they would have referred me to fetal care unit and have another scan before our 12 weeks. Praying yours shrinks by your next scan & try stay positive 🤍

I've also have a cyst on one of my ovarys it's been there for years now it's around 3.5cm they never bothered to do anything about it as its not caused any issues. Hopefully yours will be the same definitely try and stay positive 🥰

I’ve always had ovarian cysts they was picked up before I got pregnant 2 years ago and I still have them now (then they told me I couldn’t get pregnant because of it 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️) don’t think about it, it’s quite common I believe they’ll keep an eye on it so you have nothing to worry about
