HFM or Pox?
Came up yesterday raised red bumps on arms face legs and back of head not got worse over night no fever no itching fine in herself..

If it’s not got work over night I would be inclined to say HFM, my daughter had them in more places than just hands etc. her nappy area was quite bad, when we went to the doctors they said it’s hard to tell at first whether it’s HFM or chicken pox, it’s normally only after a few days, if it’s HFM they just go I think but chicken pox will scab over. Just stay clear of giving nurofen in case it is chicken pox x
