Have yet to build ours and having second thoughts already as I stupidly didn’t test it out before buying and it arrived today, anyone have this pram? Is it easy enough for solo journeys especially on public transport/ city walks? Worried it’ll be too heavy/hard to fold alone now!

I guess if your out on public transport you wouldn't need to be folding?
I had a normal icandy it's amazing
My sister just bought the peach for her baby also amazing. Icandys are the best prams u can buy I think..
very busy round here on buses and trains/tubes and no step free access in certain places so would need to be able to fold alone ideally one handed, heard amazing reviews on it and that it met my criteria until I ordered and then heard about wheels breaking, being too heavy as a main pram and not being overly suited to city life n requiring both hands to fold so hoping this isn’t true 🤣 typical that once you have something you hear about all the negatives that would’ve put you off originally!

I have it and I love it but I bought it knowing it’s not the best for public transport. Its great it’s so smooth and roomy but its not the smallest. On some of the smaller buses (double deckers are fine) you won’t fit through if you board in front. Easily fixed just get on at the back of course but it’s def not a petite city pram! You can fold it one handed but you need two hands to remove the carry cot. It is on the heavier side but it’s got a strap to hang it from shoulder. I haven’t tried folding it in public on my own though with baby! Nor do I wish to, you would probably need to ask someone to help you if you need to get baby, carrycot and the frame up or down stairs tbh. But I don’t think you need to anyway as long as you choose step free routes as much as possible, once I forgot but someone immediately came to rescue and helped me 😅 I love it and don’t regret it, it feels sturdy but soo easy to manouvre,

To add, it is a nightmare when there’s more than one pram on the bus, but the space is tight with any pram I would say.

Understandable!! I live in Shoreditch/Liverpool Street and I'm always good with mine. My pram did dominate on buses but still loved it 🤣 most people in London have the small Doonas or yoyo strollers now more space for your spaceship pram 🤣🤣🤣😍

I have the iCandy cerium peach 7… it’s amazing getting around especially on and off buses when the driver doesn’t park right next to the curb the 2 big back wheels help a lot only down side is when you get on the underground by yourself and there are stairs it is a bit challenging to carry the pram yourself especially if the nappy bag and baby isn’t light but people are very kind I always get asked do I need help

I bought this buggy for my first daughter who is 10 nd I bought It again for y second who is 17 months. Although the one ten years ago was stronger, sturdier and better made (the wire has broken in the buggy, to collapse it, the warranty will cover it), I would buy it again for a third baby. Its so spacious and comfortable and I had my first daughter in this buggy until she was 4 (on holidays)- it is bulky, it is heavy. I like the heaviness cause I know the kids are safe. It can be a squeeze in certain shops, getting through tight isles, or if you need to use stairs, forget it if you're alone. I also bought a second run around buggy (yoyo) for my smaller trips, for days out you can't go wrong with the peach. The only other thing, is that the space below is also very limited. Buy carabiners to hold shopping bags etc. Xx

I had this for public transport I have to be honest it’s gorgeous but not equipped for transport it’s ridiculous trying to fit into the suave for prams when there are other prams not a one hand close either just very bulky if you have a car you could get away with it but after a while I got rid of mine it was too much for public transport

Thanks all! Planning on having baby wrap/carrier on me for public transport trips anyway and will defo be doing step free at first alone and we have a stroller that turns into a trike suitable from 6 months that’s very easy to fold and was my plan for lone trips one baby was 8 months- 1 and old enough to enjoy it but I can just use that from 6 months when alone if it’s too much hassle. Having looked after my nieces in their double buggy the width didn’t put me off and I’m the type to fold on a bus to save space for someone else to use but will just have to leave earlier for any bus journeys to account for having to wait for a bus with space 🤣 the sturdiness is what attracted me and the fact they’re meant to be suited to all terrain so hoping it’ll live up to it or I’ll be finding a new pram 🤣🤣
