Ginger biscuits and Ritz salty crackers by my bed which I'd eat as soon as I woke up. Really sour sweets also helped me as well as fresh air x

Pepper mint chewing gum helped me! X

Gingerale helps but of course in small amounts

Contact your gp or phone 111 after hours to see if they can prescribe prochlorazapine xx

+1 to unisom and vitamin B6! I also liked saltines and peanut butter for the days when I couldn't stand the thought of any other food. Last Christmas I barely ate anything else.

For me it was realizing that if I let my stomach go empty I was sick. So I made sure I was snacking throughout the day. Then I never felt sick again.

Seasickness bands helped me a little and ginger biscuits 🙂

Same as @Morgan. My OB told me to keep my stomach full to avoid feeling nauseas and vomiting. I was also drinking a lot of water

Unisom and vitamin B6! Also Preggie Pop Drops helped for me!

Ginger biscuits, ginger tea, anti sickness bands from chemists and watermelon helped my nausea!

I survived with toast the first trimester and I was able to function that way, but did put on a bunch of weight suddenly 😅. Hope you find something to keep the nausea at bay this holidays ! Xx

@Charlene do you take unisom during the day or just at night

@Jo so that would be ginger snaps? Biscuits are cookies right? I’m sorry for being a ditz

@Irene I took unisom every night but if I was having a really bad day I would take half during the day, too

@Irene yeah biscuits are basically cookies/ ginger snaps 🙂 😊 xx

Eat something every couple of hours, make sure you’ve eaten decent food (I’m always more sick when I haven’t had any decent protein for the day) and get some meds from your DR to take when you feel really crappy :)

Ginger and lemon tea 😇 !!!! Lots of sleep (when you can). If you can’t keep much down, have some Ritz biscuits with peanut butter. If you can eat a bit - lots and lots of small meals / snacks. Keep away from big portions!

Eat as much as you can even if it sounds terrible eat as healthy as possible veggies and protein! Protein helps a lot. More than I think people give credit for. Even if it’s just a piece of cheese or milk.
