Just delivered there on the 15th. You don’t need to pack much. They supply you with literally everything. All you really need is clothes for you and baby. I also brought a blanket from home because the delivery room tends to be cold.

Do you mean Alexandra Cohen?

@Lauren yes

Oh @Kiki tell us EVERYTHING!!!

@Lauren lol what questions do you have?

@Kiki Pros? Cons? Did you like the staff? Were they supportive? Did you have to fight to advocate for yourself? How was it overall?? Congrats btw!! :)

I delivered there last year, with the exception of one nurse- staff was exceptional. Doctor was very attentive Clean, beautiful view of the city. Provided everything I needed although I had a hospital bag prepared. Only used my bathroom items, & our going home outfit.

The staff in labor and delivery was amazing. Very attentive, constant check ins with you, explained everything that was happening and what your options were. My doctor was also amazing 10 out of 10. Once I was in recovery my overnight nurse was exceptional. Constant check ins with me and baby and offered support with anything I needed. The day nurses did not check in as often but any time you would press the button for assistance they would show up. Pack light because as I said before they provide everything you will need for your recovery and even send you home with things as well. Overall experience was a 10 and I would definitely deliver here again.

Good luck! Hopefully you have an advocate/ doula/ good support team

So helpful ! @Roxi @Kiki I’m delivering there next month and it’s so reassuring to hear you both had positive experiences. My husband, mom and doula will be with me. Did either of you have birth plans ?
