Your midwife needs to ‘activate’ it for you then your log in details will work. It should say this in the email :)
@Ella thank you, it doesn’t say in the emaiil just says how to log in and that I need to complete pre-booking questionnaire. I’ll give it a few days and try again thank you ☺️x

How many weeks are you? Mine got activated when my midwife contacted me to book in an appointment! I think I was around 8-9 weeks
Pretty sure they give you the information for logging in at the first appointment. That’s what my email said anyway x
