Should I be making them myself or can my baby have these? Also, how do you serve them?

I’m not sure how much sugar is too much sugar but those have 4grams of sugar and 0.14grams of salt. I just make mine with banana and egg with no sugar as its recommended to give babies no salt and sugar. But if you there be no issues go ahead ☺️x

I tend to make pancakes, I just search on tiktok for ideas. But the ones I like doing is literally just a banana, 1 egg, a table spoon of self raising flour, then a splash of milk if you want then dollop a spoonful in the pan so it makes little pancakes, I then cut them in half and they’re a good size for her! I’m not joking when I say it takes about 5 minutes to prep and cook, sooo easy and you know exactly what’s in it x

They can have them they just aren't the healthiest so not everyday. I make 1,2,3 pancakes as they're super easy, healthy and last 3 days in the fridge although there's never any left if my husband is home😂
1 banana mashed with a fork, crack in 2 eggs and 3 tablespoons of oats. Mix well and fry on a low heat. You can play around with flavours like vanilla, cinnamon, berries, grated apple etc... x

I eat these often and always give my baby a bite 😜
