First night away - still nursing - do I need to pump?
Hi mamas, I'm still nursing (morning, night and for comfort during the day i.e falls over or has a meltdown). I don't even know if I have that much milk tbh but I'm going away for the night and will be back by lunch tomorrow. I've never needed to pump because my LO has never been far from me. Nb: he does go to daycare but i still do morning and night on daycare days. Do i need to take my pump away with me?
I’ve been in the same position as you 🙂 I would always pump when I went away because I was scared my supply would dry up. Even if it’s just 5-10min, and you’ll probably get a tiny volume, but at least you’ll maintain your supply.
