Best meal replacement shake for pregnancy?

Hey girls, I'm in my first trimester and my energy levels have fallen through the floor. I've had a look at a few shake options as also battling to keep any real food down. Problem is they either have massive amounts of biotin, which I have adverse skin reactions too, or vitamin A not derived from beta-carotene (which is the only safe Vit A option during pregnancy.) Anyone have a great brand they can recommend?

Hey, as a fellow pregnancy vomiter I can’t recommend a dietician enough! Although this might pass after the first trimester, but it also might continue to happen into the second trimester, or the whole time. I don’t want to be a negative nelly… but it’s a possibility. It’s important that if you can’t eat a variety of foods, a dietician help you figure out supplements to take until you can eat again 😓😓😓😓

My dietitian approved of my using the lady shake meal replacements during my twin pregnancy

I used Herbalife shakes through mine, it has like 21 minerals and it is really good for your digestive gut! I found it really helped with any constipation too. You can get teas too which help get rid of any bad toxins in your gut if your feeling a bit eh. It also sources your energy. If you don’t want to buy the product out you can always try nutrition bars, let me know your location and I’ll drop your local. Xx

@Sharnee just ordered thank you love x
