Bedwetting

Hey Ladies, My daughter will be 4 next month, she’s been toilet trained since she was about 2 including no nappy in the night. Of recent shes been bedwetting and I’m just not sure what is causing it. Her bed time is 7:30/8pm. Some nights she doesn’t and then sometimes she wakes up around 6 crying saying “mummy I didn’t feel it” Do you think shes in a deep sleep and just cant feel her body telling her she needs to wee? Its really upsetting her, i comfort her and tell her “its ok, accidents happen” but shes getting so disappointed in herself.
